Ggril by Ziad Abi Chaker

Ziad Abi Chaker, an industrial engineer from Lebanon, sought to save his country from environmental catastrophe while supporting local industries and saving the ancient art of glassblowing.

In 2013, he started GGRIL (Green Glass Recycling Initiative Lebanon), and in their first year, they recycled 200 tonnes of glass into lamps, vases and drinking glasses.

At RBKB, it gives us great pleasure to bring you the fruits of this initiative.
