The pots are best used to serve sauces in them or as an individual soup set. They're perfect for a warm home made onion soup or individual potato gratin.

*** Always expect a longer cooking time with terracotta pans as they are thicker than the usual  non stick pans

Serving Instructions: The terracotta absorbs heat. When serving, it is recommended to use one trivets that are heat safe such as wood, metal or glass.

Cleaning Instructions: Not recommended to put in a dishwasher
